Return Policy

Unit(s) is to be installed & declared airworthy by the licensed installer. Dawson Aircraft cannot be held liable for any product after it has been installed. Dawson Aircraft may advise on the compatibility of various parts, however, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify the correct part number provided on the order invoice.

Our Return Policy:
Non-defective items can be returned within 10 days after arrival and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. For defective items, 30 days will be allowed to return the product for a full refund less shipping cost and fees. If Dawson Aircraft Inc. has incorrectly inventoried the product and the part you received is incorrect in part number or description, an exchange will be facilitated by Dawson Aircraft as soon as possible. If an exchange cannot be facilitated, Dawson Aircraft will provide a refund. Contact Dawson Aircraft, Inc. to be given your return authorization number. Parts must be returned unaltered and in their original packaging to be eligible for any refund. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. All items are sold “as-is” as Dawson Aircraft, Inc. cannot attest to their serviceability or airworthiness. Tested electrical parts cannot be returned.

International orders are not guaranteed our standard return policy due to varying trade agreements and international accords limiting insurance settlements on shipping claims. Certain international orders may not be eligible for refunds. However, we do have options for our international customers. Please contact us for solutions unique to each international transaction.
