Gray leather. Edges of cover piece on the rear of the seat back appears to be slightly distorted. See photos. Gas strut on the vertical height adjustment appears to be out of gas pressure but has been shimmed up with aluminum tubing to a usable height off the floor. Gas strut will need to be replaced to restore vertical adjustment.
