Removed from a PA30 Twin Comanche and was placarded inop. Heater Hobb shows about 500 hours on the unit, but the records are a bit fuzzy — although it does have a dedicated logbook from the donating aircraft. 
Best bet is to assume this will need overhaul prior to service.
